A pitch-perfect and truly unsettling adaptation of the Stephen King novel, PET SEMATARY tells the story of a grieving father who, after tragedy strikes, discovers a burial site in his backyard that can bring the dead back to life. The only caveat is that whoever goes into the ground doesn’t come back the same. Director Mary Lambert, known for her groundbreaking music video work with Madonna and Janet Jackson, brings a stylish and slightly campy take to King’s horrific meditation on grief. Rated R.

Presented on 35mm. Because we are operating with a single projector, this special 35mm screening will be presented with a short intermission before the final act of the film to accommodate a reel change.
